The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Server log files are automatically deleted on a regular basis. Longer storage only occurs if necessary for security reasons or to investigate acts of abuse or fraud. ​

Our website exclusively uses technically necessary cookies required for the operation, security, and basic functions of the website. These cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and Section 165 (3) TKG 2021. Separate consent is not required for this. The processing of technical access data is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. ​ The storage period of the data is based on Wix's specifications. If you contact us by email or via a contact form, the personal data you provide (e.g., name, email address, content of the inquiry) will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry. ​ The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, provided that consent is required. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations exist. ​

8. Disclosure of Data

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations. Furthermore, we may use processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR who process personal data on our behalf. These processors are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations. ​
